Anja Harteros makes her debut in the role of Leonora (IL TROVATORE) in concert performances by the Cologne Opera (Cologne Philharmonie); dates: February 21, 24 and 26, 2011.
Anja Harteros will also be making her European debut in the role of the Feldmarschallin (DER ROSENKAVALIER) at the May Festival in Wiesbaden; date: May 4, 2011. - February 18, 2011

Anja Harteros will again sing the part of Violetta Valéry in Verdi's La Traviata at the Bavarian Staatsoper. Performances: October 10, 21, 24 and 27, 2010.

At La Scala in Milan, the artist will be singing Elisabeth in TANNHÄUSER under the musical direction of Zubin Mehta on March 17, 20, 24, 27, 30 and April 2, 2010 and Amelia/Maria in SIMON BOCCANEGRA under the musical direction of Daniel Barenboim on April 16, 21, 24, 29 and May 4 & 7, 2010.
Her next role will be Desdemona in a new production of OTELLO at the Deutsche Oper in Berlin: May 30 and June 2, 4, 8, 10 and 13, 2010. - March 5, 2010
